DraftKings (NASDAQ: DKNG ) has settled a lawsuit with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA). The lawsuit was over claims that DraftKings had not paid for the use of NFL player likenesses. The resolution of the lawsuit was announced in a joint filing in a New York federal court on Monday.

The NFLPA and DraftKings have informed the court that they have reached a settlement in principle. They have requested a pause in proceedings while they finalize their agreement.
