After-hours movers:

FB Financial (NYSE: FBK ) Corporation (FBK) fell 5% after it reported second quarter results. Adjusted net income was $40.8 million, or $0.88 per diluted common share, compared to $0.85 in the previous quarter and $0.84 in the second quarter of last year.

MiMedx Group (MDXG) and Organogenesis Holding (ORGO) fell over 20% after CMS proposed a rule that would drastically cut Medicare spending on skin substitutes.

La-Z-Boy (NYSE: LZB ) fell 4% after saying it expects its fiscal first quarter sales and adjusted operating margin to be around the low end of the ranges in the previously-issued outlook for the period ending July 26, 2025.

S&W Seed (SANW) fell 27% after announcing plans to delist from Nasdaq.
